Stephanye Givens ATC/PTA

Stephanye Givens ATC/PTA
Stephanye earned her Athletic Training degree from the University of Evansville as well as her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She earned her APTA,PTA Certification in 2010 and the BOCAT Certification as well in 2010.
Stephanye also earned the LSVT BIG certification in 2016 and is pursuing a PTA orthopedic certification.
She loves working with athletes across all sports, returning them back to game/fitness. Furthermore, she gets great pleasure out of working with patients with Parkinson’s Disease and applying her skills form the LSVT BIG program.
Stephanye is a retired roller derby skater, but still referees for a local team. She is very family oriented and spends most of her free time hanging out with family or staying active participating in cross-fit or cycling. Stephanye provides Outreach Athletic Training at a variety of schools and events to give back to her community.

Physical TherapistMegan, PT, DPT, has worked in several settings including inpatient, home health and outpatient. She began her career at ProRehab in 2011.
Megan received a bachelor degree in Movement Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville. She also went on to further her education and passion for treating those with pelvic health dysfunction(s) in 2019, earning a certification through Herman and Wallace. With this advanced certification, Megan is able to treat men, women and children at all stages of life. She also enjoys sharing her passion with others through community speaking events on pelvic health and being a clinical instructor for future physical therapists.
Megan is able to treat her patients with a holistic approach to care incorporating her orthopedic knowledge and her expertise on pelvic health to facilitate a healthy, active lifestyle. In conjunction with her holistic approach she holds a certification in Lifestyle Medicine which encompasses nutrition, stress management, and coaching for lifestyle change.
Megan is married to her husband, Daniel. They have four beautiful children. Megan enjoys being active in her church and community.

Mark Goodrich PT, DPT, ATC, SCS, OCS

Mark Goodrich PT, DPT, ATC, SCS, OCS
Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with an emphasis in Athletic Training from ISU in 1985 and a Master’s degree in Athletic Training in 1988. He then went onto receive a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Indiana University in 1992, and his DPT from the University of Montana in 2012. He also is a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist by the APTA. He retired from Vincennes University in 2020 after serving as the Head Athletic Trainer and Professor in the sports Medicine and Physical Therapist Assistant programs. He assists in covering area high school and college athletic events, as an athletic trainer, for ProRehab. His clinical areas of interest include orthopedic and sports conditions, orthotics and lymphedema.
Mark is married to his wife of 35 years, Jennifer, and they have two adult sons. In his spare time, Mark likes to run, bike and read.

Sean Malone PTA, ATC

Sean Malone PTA, ATC
Sean earned his BA in Athletic Training along with Exercise and Science from Purdue University in 2002. He has also received his Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Vincennes University in 2008. Continuing his education, he completed the Executive Program in Private Practice Management through Evidence in Motion in 2013.
Currently, Sean is the clinical manager for ProRehab in Vincennes, where he works as a Physical Therapist Assistant and a Certified Athletic Trainer. He has previously held positions as Assistant Clinical Manager for ProRehab in the Physical Therapy Department in the Tri-State Orthopaedics location, Head Athletic Trainer for Evansville Harrison High School, Assistant Athletic Trainer for Castle High School, and Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Evansville Bluecats. Sean has also served as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Evansville.
Sean’s personal interests include landscaping, outdoor activities, volunteering for various church and community activities, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.

Jenna Perry MSOT

Jenna Perry MSOT
Jenna Perry has worked for ProRehab since 2014 and is passionate about treating orthopedic injuries and conditions. She received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2013 from the University of Southern Indiana and graduated from Vincennes Rivet High School in Vincennes.
Jenna was born and raised in Vincennes, and currently resides in Monroe City, IN with her husband, Vance. Together they have three sons, Carter, Mason, and Jack, and a Boston terrier named Ash.
Her hobbies include baking and decorating cookies, spending time with family and friends, and doing home improvement projects.

Jill received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Vincennes University in 1986. She is also a Credentialed Clinical Instructor.
Jill has worked for ProRehab since 2002. Her clinical areas of interest include orthopedic and sports conditions. Jill holds certifications in LSVT BIG for patients with Parkinson’s disease, ASTYM, and Functional Movement Screening.
Jill is married with 3 children and enjoys running, biking, and working out.

Alicia Thomas PTA, ATC

Alicia Thomas PTA, ATC
Alicia joined the ProRehab team in 2001. She’s a Knox County native and graduated from Vincennes Lincoln High School. She then went on to attend Vincennes University and Indiana State University. Alicia practices as both a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Athletic Trainer. She is a mentor for the ATC Residency Program and holds certifications in Functional Movement Screening and LSVT BIG-a Parkinson’s based program.
Alicia is a big Braves fan and travels to Atlanta every year to catch a few games. She also loves to travel the world and spend time with friends and family, often camping. She has a cat, Josie, and a dog, Mya. You will find Alicia along the sidelines of South Knox High School.

Nicole Richardson received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Massage Therapy in 2017 and graduated with her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2019 at Indiana State University.
Nicole is also a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist with a passion to serve children in the orthopedic and musculoskeletal setting by improving various physical, developmental, and emotional conditions.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends, being a mom, doing DIY projects, and golfing with her husband.

Occupational Therapist AssistantDanielle earned her Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2023 and Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services in 2024 from the University of Southern Indiana. She joined the ProRehab team in 2024. Her clinical interests include treating orthopedic pathologies and injuries.
Danielle is from Birdseye, IN. She has a cat, Benny. When she is not working, she enjoys cooking, board games, and spending quality time with friends and family. She would love to eventually coach an elementary or high school cheer team.

Physical TherapistKate graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis with her Bachelor of Science, majoring in Exercise Science. She continued her education at the University of Evansville earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Kate enjoys working in the outpatient setting where she can see a variety of diagnosis and ages. Aside from treating, she enjoys learning about her patients’ hobbies and families.
Kate loves experimenting with new recipes baking for her family and friends. Her evenings are spent with her dog and husband enjoying a pickleball game, walk, or golf cart ride.
