Dr. Grant Hasenour is our very own Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). That means he specializes in treating issues of the upper extremities: shoulders, wrists, elbows, and of course, hands. Pretty handy, huh? He also emphasizes other areas including traumatic complex wounds, tendon laceration, and fracture injuries of the arm and/or hand that require extensive treatment.
Grant initially earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, going on to complete another Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy three years later. Following that, he finished his Master’s in Occupational Therapy and then moved on to his Post-Professional Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with an emphasis in Hand Therapy in 2015. He didn’t stop there. He also recently finished up the Executive Program at Evidence In Motion, a regimen from the Private Practice Management learning path. Additionally, he is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and the American Occupation Therapy Association.
Outside of the clinic, Grant loves spending time with his wife and three children. They enjoy traveling, sightseeing, golfing, grilling, and visiting their family farm. When he’s not doing that, you might find him doing some home remodeling or (more likely) watching the Cardinals or Notre Dame play, depending on the season. But no matter what the season, Grant is always willing to lend his patients a hand.
Breanna earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences with emphasis in Athletic Training from Vincennes University in 2013. Followed by earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Indiana State University in 2016. Breanna then went on to receive an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Vincennes University in 2018.
Currently, Breanna is the Head Athletic Trainer for Mater Dei High School and a Physical Therapist Assistant at the West Side branch for ProRehab. During the spring semester of 2018, while attending Vincennes University for her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree, Breanna held the position of Interim Head Athletic Trainer as well as one of the Athletic Training Professors. Breanna decided to advance her education with achieving her certification in the Graston Technique.
Breanna’s personal interests include spending time with family/friends, being with her two dogs Myelo and Meelah, baking gourmet cheesecakes, reading, and cheering for the Tennessee Titans and St. Louis Cardinals.
Timothy completed his BS in Kinesiology at Indiana University, going on to complete his MS in Physical Therapy at Arcadia University. He then received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University, and was certified as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist shortly after.
Timothy specializes in orthopaedics and enjoys treating a variety of conditions focusing on the shoulders, hips, and knees.
Outside of the office, Timothy loves spending time with his family and attending sports events – his daughter plays collegiate softball while his son plays high school tennis. He also enjoys exercising and hiking through the great outdoors.

After just 4 visits…I feel like a brand new person. Before, I could barely walk for 15 minutes without my back screaming in pain. Now I’m zooming through therapy and going on walks at home.

Wonderful staff, very helpful, competent and professional. They listen to what I say and are working with me to meet my goal.

Amazing service. They have gone out of their way to call and follow up with me while doing my at-home exercises. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t have wished for a better place to go for my knee replacement therapy! They know what they are doing to get you back in the swing of things so you can go on with your life!
