Meet the Staff
Ed is the Clinic Director of the ProRehab Physical Therapy Prospect location.
Originally growing up in New Jersey, Ed moved out to Kentucky in 2009 to pursue his physical therapy career, earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University in 2011. In 2010, Ed obtained his credentials as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which has assisted him with exercise prescription, as well as the progression of overall health and wellness for patients. In 2016, Ed obtained his Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) which roughly only seven percent of physical therapists nationwide obtain. He has a passion for teaching and serves as an adjunct professor at Bellarmine University and Hanover College in their physical therapy programs. He is also certified in Selective Functional Movement (SFMA) and Functional Movement Screen (FMS). He has extensive training in trigger point dry needling, achieving Level 1 and 2 from Evidence In Motion.
One of his passions is to treat patients who are suffering from Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD). He has received training from Dr. Michael Karegeannes PT, MHSC, LAT, MTC, CFC, CCTT, CMTPT.
His other passion is foot and ankle dysfunction, with the fabrication of custom orthotics. He has received training from Pat Wempe PT, DPT, SCS, OCS who has been making custom orthotics for over 30 years.
When Ed is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and their three boys: Eddie, Maverick, and Ryker.
Originally from the East Coast, Corey received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware with a major in Exercise Science and minor in Strength and Conditioning. In May 2017, he graduated from Bellarmine University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
Corey spends his free time playing sports, working out, and traveling. He continues his passion for sports by playing ultimate disc for a semi-professional team out of Indianapolis, as well as other teams and leagues around Louisville. Corey continues his passion for sports as he has successfully completed a Sports PT residency through Evidence in Motion.
Dalton received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Thomas More College in Northern, KY, where he played basketball at the D-III level. In 2017, he graduated from Bellarmine University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He continued his education by enrolling in Evidence In Motion’s Sports Physical Therapy Residency program where he graduated as an APTA Sports Certified Specialist.
He has interests in manual physical therapy, along with sports rehab and performance training for high school and college athletes.
In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, playing basketball, and partaking in outdoor recreational activities including kayaking, fishing, and tailgating.
Sara earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from Bellarmine University. Prior to this, she received her Bachelor or Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville.
Sara takes special interest in working with chronic pain patients and plans to further her education by obtaining her Therapeutic Pain Specialist Certification (TPS) through Evidence In Motion.
In her spare time, Sara enjoys exercising, baking and spending time with her friends. Sara also loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Louisville Cardinals.
Dan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from Bellarmine University. Prior to this, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from University of Illinois.
Dan takes interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and sports performance. He also plans to continue his education by completing a residency through Evidence in Motion and becoming a Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
In his spare time, Dan enjoys being outdoors with his two dogs, exploring new restaurants, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
Angela Northcutt earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of Kentucky. Prior to that, Angela obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychophysiology from Lindsey Wilson College.
Angela is most interested in treating balance, pelvic health, vestibular.
In her free time, Angela enjoys running, watching TV, and traveling.
