Abby Lenhart, PT, DPT, serves as the Clinic Director at ProRehab Executive Park. A Louisville native, Abby graduated from duPont Manual High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bellarmine University in 2014, where she was a member of the Bellarmine University softball team. She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University in 2017.

Since joining the Executive Park clinic in 2020, Abby has been dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She became Clinic Director in 2022 and has continued leading the clinic through its transition to ProRehab.

Abby has a special passion for treating spinal conditions and helping people overcome chronic pain so they can improve their quality of life. She believes physical therapy has the power to reduce pain, restore function, and help people get back to doing the things they love.

Outside of the clinic, Abby enjoys staying active by playing recreational sports such as softball and volleyball, spending time outdoors, reading, and relaxing with her English Bulldog, Winston.

Nicole Gagnaire-Baker PT, CLT

Specialities: CLT, CDN

With more than 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Nicole specializes in working with the geriatric population, focusing on pain management, mobility, and improving quality of life. She is certified in Therapeutic Dry Needling and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Nicole earned her MSPT from the University of Hartford and has enjoyed practicing in diverse communities across the country.

Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
