Occupational TherapistJill is a 1994 graduate from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Occupational Therapy and a 2011 graduate from University of St. Augustine with a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD). Jill specializes in the evaluation and treatment of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. She has been a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) since 1999. She has served as a Clinical Manager for an out-patient Pro Rehab Clinic since 2006. Jill also has served as a clinical instructor to many students over her career.

Karoline’s favorite part of her job is offering support and rehab to athletes to get them back to playing the sport they love. She loves being an advocate for her athletes and cheering them on regardless of the outcome.
Karoline’s favorite animal is a dog, so she loves to give back to the community through volunteering at the Vanderburgh Humane Society & It Takes a Village. In her free time, she also loves to read, weight lift, and do crafts with her partner.

Doctor of Physical Therapy - Sports PT ResidentOriginating from Caguas, Puerto Rico, Arnaldo developed a passion for sports from a young age, which made him pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from the University of Sagrado Corazón in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After years in the Strength & Conditioning field, which granted him experiences like working with Puerto Rico’s Olympic Committee coaching athletes at the professional, collegiate and youth levels, the numerous amount of ACL injuries at the youth levels encouraged him to pursue his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Puerto Rico’s Medical Science Campus. He was drawn to the ProRehab and University of Evansville Sports Residency Program due to its focus on movement analysis and family-like environment.

Regional DirectorBrian Kelly is a regional director with ProRehab in Evansville, Indiana. He studied physical therapy and athletic training at the University of Evansville and graduated with his Master of Physical Therapy in 1996. After working in Evansville for two and a half years at Tri-State Orthopedic Surgeons, he became the Rehab Coordinator at Wake Forest University in 1999 where he rehabbed all sports and did athletic training with the Men’s and Women’s soccer teams. In 2001, he returned to Evansville to work at ProRehab where he has continued to work as a regional director and continues to treat all types of orthopedic and sports patients. In 2004, he was certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as a Sports Physical Therapist. He became a Maitland Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist in 2009 and then went back to get his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2010 from the University of Kentucky. His passion is to treat soccer athletes, and he is the team physical therapist for the University of Evansville men’s and women’s soccer teams.

Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from University of Southern Indiana. Chris has gone on to work in a variety of settings, but specializes in working with hands and upper extremities being a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT.)
Chris enjoys helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through occupational therapy in the outpatient setting. He has a passion for manual therapy and helping patients through hands-on techniques. Above all else, he enjoys having fun and building lasting relationships with his patients.
In his free time Chris enjoys working on house projects, wood working, and playing the occasional video game with friends. He enjoys finding ways to stay active whether it be at the gym, out doors, or just working on projects.

Physical TherapistCurtis graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. After becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer, he attended the University of South Dakota and obtained a Masters in Athletic Administration. Curtis graduated from the University of St. Augustine with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Soon after graduating he began further training by completing a Residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Fellowship training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy with Evidence In Motion.
Curtis has experience working with athletes from many sports at the DI and DII levels. He is focused on delivering patient centered care to return patients to their ideal lifestyle. He has developed an interest in helping young physical therapists and students develop their clinic reasoning, communication, and skills as a physical therapist.
Growing up in Minnesota, Curtis still follows the Twins, Wild, Timberwolves, Vikings, and local hunting and fishing reports. When not working, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, travelling, playing golf, grilling, or going outside for exercise.

Hannah loves building a therapeutic alliance with patients in order to help them reach their goals. She strives to provide individualized care in partnership with the patient for an improved quality of life. In particular, Hannah is interested in treating orthopedic related conditions.
In her free time, Hannah loves spending time with family and friends, watching the St. Louis Blues Hockey team, and playing with her family dog.

Regional DirectorAndrew is a 2012 graduate of Rocky Mountain University’s Doctor of Occupational Therapy program with an emphasis on practice management and business administration. He received his Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Indiana in 2009 and his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 2008. He is a board certified hand therapist and is a certified performance enhancement specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is a 2015 graduate of the Executive Program in Private Practice Management through Evidence in Motion. He is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Andrew is currently a Regional Director for ProRehab-PC in Evansville, Indiana. He practices primarily at our TriState Orthopaedics location in Evansville Indiana but oversees clinic operations at our Boonville, Haubstadt, Oakland City, and Vincennes locations. He has a passion for education and serves as faculty at the University of Evansville as an adjunct professor in the Physical Therapy Department and is a faculty member for Evidence in Motion. His clinical interests are in general orthopedics, hand therapy, and sports medicine with a strong interest in upper extremity intensive sports.
Andrew has two boys with his wife, Tonya. If not at work, you will most likely find him outside enjoying one of his many hobbies with his family. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves huting, fishing, running, biking, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.

Certifications are Certified Hand therapist, BFR, ASTYM, and functional dry needling.
Treating upper extremity athletes is a passion of mine and helping them to return to the field or court.
In my spare time I enjoy to spend time with my two kids and my wife.

Primarily, Madison works at TriState Orthopaedics for ProRehab, but will occasionally help with locations in Boonville and Ferdinand.
