Ryan Despain PT, DPT, SCS
Clinic Director, Physical TherapistRyan received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California. Following graduation, he completed a sports physical therapy residency through Evidence In Motion and became a board-certified specialist in sports rehabilitation through the APTA.
With a special interest in treating orthopedic sports injuries and concussions, Ryan is passionate about helping athletes not just recover, but excel. He enjoys building personalized strength and conditioning programs to support a confident return to high-level performance.
Ryan takes pride in uncovering the root of his patients’ issues and guiding them on a path to pain-free living and long-term success.

Emily Gallagher PT, DPT
Physical TherapistEmily earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Indiana State University. She enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic injuries with specialty interests in running related injuries, post op rehab and balance/coordination training. She is also level 1 dry needling certified.
Emily competed at Ole Miss in cross country and track which is where her passion for physical therapy grew. Outside of work, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Mitch Lammert PT, DPT
Physical TherapistMitch graduated from Bellarmine University with his bachelors in Exercise Science in 2020. While completing his undergraduate degree, he also played soccer at Bellarmine. He then went on to attend physical therapy school at Hanover College where graduated from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2024.
Mitch has an interest in treating all orthopedic conditions with a special interest in treating athletes of all ages and sport. He enjoys part taking in continuing education courses where he has achieved level 1 dry needling certification and plans on taking a wide variety of classes through Evidence in Motion (EIM) to further enhance his skills.
In his free time, Mitch enjoys spending time with his fiancé playing soccer, pickleball, golf, and running, as well as cheering on all St. Louis, MO sports teams.

Brady Hardin PT, DPT
Physical TherapistBrady is a physical therapist originally from Metro-Detroit, Michigan. He earned his undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University, where he also played collegiate baseball. Brady went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Hanover College.
Brady enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, with particular interests in youth athletes and post-operative rehabilitation. Drawing from his athletic background, he emphasizes individualized care focused on restoring high level function, building confidence, and supporting long-term performance and injury prevention.
Outside of the clinic, Brady enjoys traveling to the lake with his wife and dogs, watching Detroit and UofM sports, and time on the golf course.

Physical TherapistDr. Latrell Wade is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports performance, and wellness-based care. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hanover College, where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and previously completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Olivet Nazarene University, graduating summa cum laude in three years.
Latrell brings a well-rounded clinical and fitness background to his practice. His experience includes outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, and long-term work as a rehabilitation aide and patient service specialist. In addition, he is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and has programmed safe, effective exercise plans for clients ranging from adolescents to older adults, always emphasizing proper screening, progression, and individualized care.
A former collegiate football captain and all-conference athlete, Latrell understands the demands of athletic performance and injury recovery firsthand. His approach to care combines evidence-based physical therapy, strength and conditioning principles, and clear communication to help patients return to movement with confidence.
Latrell is certified in Basic Life Support, First Aid, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance, and remains committed to continued learning and community involvement. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys resistance and aerobic training, hiking, and volunteering at local health-related events.
