Ryan Despain PT, DPT, SCS
Clinic Director, Physical TherapistRyan received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California. Following graduation, he completed a sports physical therapy residency through Evidence In Motion and became a board-certified specialist in sports rehabilitation through the APTA.
With a special interest in treating orthopedic sports injuries and concussions, Ryan is passionate about helping athletes not just recover, but excel. He enjoys building personalized strength and conditioning programs to support a confident return to high-level performance.
Ryan takes pride in uncovering the root of his patients’ issues and guiding them on a path to pain-free living and long-term success.

Physical TherapistEmily earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Indiana State University. She enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic injuries with specialty interests in running related injuries, post op rehab and balance/coordination training. She is also level 1 dry needling certified.
Emily competed at Ole Miss in cross country and track which is where her passion for physical therapy grew. Outside of work, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Physical TherapistAngie earned her masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis after attending Eastern Kentucky University for her undergraduate. She is a Certified Hand Therapist since 2001 and also has her certifications in manual therapy and dry needling. She is very passionate about helping individuals recover from their injury related to neck to hand and restoring their ability to get back to work, play, leisure and day to day tasks.
Outside of work Angie enjoys weightlifting, skiing, most outdoor physical activities and spending time with family and friends.

Mitch Lammert PT, DPT
Physical TherapistMitch graduated from Bellarmine University with his bachelors in Exercise Science in 2020. While completing his undergraduate degree, he also played soccer at Bellarmine. He then went on to attend physical therapy school at Hanover College where graduated from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2024.
Mitch has an interest in treating all orthopedic conditions with a special interest in treating athletes of all ages and sport. He enjoys part taking in continuing education courses where he has achieved level 1 dry needling certification and plans on taking a wide variety of classes through Evidence in Motion (EIM) to further enhance his skills.
In his free time, Mitch enjoys spending time with his fiancé playing soccer, pickleball, golf, and running, as well as cheering on all St. Louis, MO sports teams.
