Dalton O’Brien PT, DPT, SCS

Dalton O’Brien PT, DPT, SCS
As someone who was born and raised in J-Town, Dalton takes pride in being able to provide physical therapy services to his local community. He attended nearby St. Edward school, where he and his family remain involved with the parish. He is also a proud graduate of St. Xavier high school.
Dalton received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Thomas More College in Northern, KY, where he played basketball at the D-III level. In 2017, he graduated from Bellarmine University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He continued his education by enrolling in Evidence In Motion’s Sports Physical Therapy Residency program where he graduated as an APTA Sports Certified Specialist, the only physical therapist with this designation in the surrounding Jeffersontown area.
He has interests in manual physical therapy, concussion management, along with sports rehab and performance training for athletes of all ages. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball and golf, going for a run, and relaxing at the lake.

ProviderStacy graduated from Indiana University in 2005 with Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Studies, and worked for various facets of Indiana government for 7 years before deciding to make a career change. In 2015, she graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in Sellersburg, Indiana with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree.
Stacy enjoys the challenges of working in an outpatient orthopaedic environment and a diverse patient base. She has plans to develop her skills further by enrolling in an Orthopaedic Specialist Certification program.
When she’s not in the clinic, Stacy is active in youth soccer in Southern Indiana and can often be found attending Louisville City FC games. She also enjoys hiking, snorkeling, and traveling with her 2 children, one of whom attends the University of Louisville. When she’s at home, Stacy relaxes by spending time with her 3 cat boys; Blue, Gary, and Mickey.

Kara is originally from Franklin, TN, and moved to Kentucky to attend the University of Louisville where she earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Kara was also a member of the university’s cheerleading team and three time NCA national champion. She attended graduate school at Bellarmine University where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Kara is certified in dry needling and continuing her education through an Orthopedic Residency Program.
Kara is a passionate CrossFit athlete who actively competes and stays involved in the fitness community. She resides in Jeffersontown, KY, where she is proud to provide physical therapy services to her local community. With a keen interest in sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance training, Kara is committed to helping athletes of all ages reach their full potential.
In her free time, Kara enjoys participating in CrossFit competitions, staying active, and spending time with her family, friends, and golden retriever Emmy.

Physical TherapistMeghan is from Annapolis, MD and graduated from Salisbury University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She then went on to graduate from Bellarmine University in 2024 and obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Meghan enjoys treating orthopedic conditions with a special interest in athletic injuries and sports. She played many sports growing up and plans to continue her education by completing a sports residency through evidence in motion (EIM).
Outside the clinic, Meghan enjoys exploring new restaurants, exercising, going to sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
