Kelli Goedde PT, DPT, OCS
Kelli Goedde PT, DPT, OCS
Kelli attended the University of Evansville and received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1992. She became an American Physical Therapy Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics in 2005 with recertification in 2015. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University in 2010.
Kelli serves as a Credentialed Clinical Instructor for students in the profession from various universities. Kelli also has served as a mentor for the Orthopedic Residency through Evidence in Motion. Kelli has 30+ years of experience practicing physical therapy in the outpatient setting with a strong focus on orthopedic patients along with evaluating and treating patients with various vestibular dysfunctions and outpatient neurological diagnoses. She has training in utilizing rehabilitative ultrasound imaging and holds certifications in trigger point dry needling, ASTYM and LSVT-BIG.
Conner Zuber PT, DPT
Conner Zuber PT, DPT
Conner graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. Upon graduation, he completed clinical rotations in Phoenix, AZ, Fayetteville, AR, and Owensboro, KY.
Conner is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction, and LSVT Parkinkson’s training. His current focus is orthopaedics, and he enjoys working with a variety of age groups.
An Evansville native, Conner graduated from Memorial High School, where he now spends time volunteering with the wrestling program. In his free time he trains for triathlons and Ironman competitions and enjoys watching sports.

Tiffany Arnold MS, OTR/L
Tiffany is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Tiffany has a variety of clinical experiences including outpatient orthopedics, home health, acute care, and school-based therapy.
Tiffany is certified in LSVT (Parkinson’s program), blood flow restriction, and ASTYM soft tissue mobilization. Tiffany enjoys outpatient therapy because she can work with various ages and client populations.
Tiffany was born and raised in Haubstadt. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, reading, watching college basketball, and spending time outdoors.

Physical TherapistAnna earned her Bachelor of Science from Marian University where she majored in Exercise Science. She continued her education at the University of Evansville to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Anna is certified in Functional Dry Needling Levels 1 and 2 as well as LSVT BIG Parkinson’s Protocols.
Anna enjoys working in the outpatient setting where she has the opportunity to treat various diagnoses. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf and watching football.

Physical Therapist AssistantSarah graduated from Wabash Valley College where she played basketball and earned an Associate’s of Science degree. She then went on to complete the Physical Therapist Assistant program at the University of Evansville. She has experience in both skilled nursing and outpatient settings.
Sarah enjoys working in the outpatient setting where she can treat a variety of diagnoses in individuals of all ages.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, coaching basketball, being outside and working on her family’s orchard.
