Mallory O’Brien PT, DPT
Assistant Clinic DirectorMallory was born and raised in Jeffersonville, Indiana, attending Jeff High where she played basketball. Mallory attended undergraduate at the University of Indianapolis and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. She started right after graduation as a technician at the New Albany location with Adam and worked there for 1.5 years before accepting admittance to the South College DPT program. She graduated in December 2021 and is now back at the place it all started, the New Albany clinic, but now as a PT!
In her “free” time, Mallory likes to go camping with her boyfriend in their DIY camper, kayaking in their kayaks, or going to any UK basketball or football game!

Clinic DirectorAdam is ProRehab Physical Therapy’s New Albany Clinic Director.
Adam obtained both his Bachelors Degree and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Bellarmine University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Indiana Physical Therapy Association (IPTA).
Adam is committed to providing the highest standard of care, and does so by utilizing an evidence-based approach when examining and treating his patients. He believes it’s important to treat the patient as more than a “number” by taking the time to get to know them and making a specialized plan according to their needs. Adam enjoys treating patients of all varieties, ranging from the youth athlete to geriatric injuries involving the spine, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and foot/ankle. He implements a broad range of treatments including hands-on manual therapy, Trigger Point Dry Needling, and functional based exercises for return to pain free function.
When Adam is not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children on their farm in Henryville, IN. He is a member of Graceland Baptist Church and enjoys serving New Albany and the surrounding communities. A native Kentuckian, he enjoys cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.

Logan Rauck PT, DPT

Logan Rauck PT, DPT
Physical TherapistA Southern Indiana native, Logan attended Providence High School before earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Bellarmine University.
Having graduated from Evidence in Motion’s sports residency, Logan is fueled by a passion for injury prevention, performance enhancement, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. With extensive experience in orthopedics, he takes an evidence-based approach to optimize recovery and help patients perform at their best. He is also certified in Functional Dry Needling, further enhancing his ability to address pain and movement dysfunction.
Outside the clinic, Logan enjoys running, playing pickleball, golfing, and lifting weights. He also loves exploring stops on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. At home, he lives with his better half, who is also studying to become a physical therapist.

Physical Therapist AssistantKendra is from Leavenworth, Indiana where she grew up playing basketball and volleyball in high school. She received her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Ivy Tech Sellersburg in May 2022. While attending PTA school, she was a tech for ProRehab New Albany, and is excited to be back with ProRehab as therapist!
Outside of work, Kendra enjoys spending time with friends/family, going to the lake, working out, and reading.
Fun fact: I have been sky diving!

Physical TherapistPeyton grew up in Henryville, Indiana. She attended Indiana State University where she played softball and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. Upon graduation, Peyton attended Hanover College for their DPT program. During this time, she worked as a tech and loved being a part of the ProRehab team! She is now back working as a PT and could not be more excited.
In her “free” time, Peyton enjoys watching sports, hanging out with her friends/family, and going to concerts. She is a UK, Colts, and Braves fan. She also enjoys watching her little brother run track at Indiana State University. Fun fact- She has a pet pig named Rudy Bo who is very spoiled!!

Physical Therapist AssistantAlyssa grew up in Valparaiso, Indiana and attended Boone Grove High School. Alyssa went to Don Roberts Cosmetology School and worked as a Cosmetologist for 12 years. After moving to Southern Indiana in 2017, Alyssa decided she needed a career change and attended Ivy Tech in Sellersburg.
While attending the Physical Therapist Assistant program, one of Alyssa’s clinical rotations was at ProRehab here in New Albany. After completing school and attaining licensure, Alyssa was elated to get back to ProRehab and start working as a PTA.
When Alyssa is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children. She loves to watch her kids perform in various sports, attend concerts with friends, and travel with family. Alyssa loves her fur babies as well and aspires to foster dogs in the near future. Alyssa is passionate about helping others whether they have 2 legs or 4.
