Morgan Frame PT, DPT
Physical Therapist & Clinic DirectorMorgan received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Evansville in 2018, following her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the same institution in 2016. She holds certifications in Functional Dry Needling and is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
With a deep passion for working with athletes, orthopedic patients, and children, Morgan is committed to meeting each patient where they are in their rehabilitation journey. She strives to make the process engaging and enjoyable, fostering successful outcomes along the way.
Outside of her professional life, Morgan loves coaching volleyball, spending time outdoors with her dog, Yoshi, and traveling with her husband. A dedicated sports fan, she enjoys cheering on the Louisville Cardinals and Penn State Nittany Lions.

Kristen Schellhaas PT, DPT

Kristen Schellhaas PT, DPT
Dr. Kristen Schellhaas grew up in northern Kentucky, playing volleyball throughout her adolescence. She attended Georgetown College for her undergraduate studies where she continued her volleyball career. She earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology in 2016 and went on to attend the University of Dayton where she earned her doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) in 2019. Kristen began her career in outpatient orthopedics, which allowed her to work with a variety of patients and diagnoses, including joint replacements, ligament reconstruction, acute injuries, and chronic pain. She transitioned her focus of care to pelvic health which she has continued with for over 2 years.
Kristen is Pelvic Floor Level 1, 2A, and 2B certified through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She has completed courses on a variety of pelvic health diagnoses for all demographics. She is passionate about pursuing avenues to better assist her patients’ needs. Kristen is also a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher which she incorporates within her clinical practice.
Kristen is very active in her spare time. She enjoys being outside, doing yoga, exercising, reading, and spending time with her dog, family, and friends.

Physical Therapist AssistantHaley Tye is from Charlestown, Indiana and grew up playing basketball and volleyball for New Washington Middle/High School. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Hanover College. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Union College where she also played basketball.
Haley enjoys getting to know her patients while helping them achieve their goals and get back to doing the things they enjoy most through physical therapy.
In her free time, Haley enjoys coaching middle school girls basketball at New Washington, spending quality time with her boyfriend, working out, and doing anything that involves being outdoors.
