Lance Spalding PTA

Lance Spalding PTA
Lance graduated from Jefferson Community and Technical College, where he earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree. He is licensed by the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy. Lance is currently enrolled in the Orthopaedics Specialist Certification course for physical therapy assistants. Lance enjoys all aspects of patient care involving orthopaedic conditions found pediatrics, geriatrics, and everything in between.
Away from the clinic, Lance enjoys staying active including biking, whether riding the trails or on the road, enjoying time with his wife and dogs, and participating in recreational sports such as basketball, sand volleyball, and kickball.

Megan Elliot PTA, LMT

Megan Elliot PTA, LMT
Megan graduated from Advanced Massage Therapeutics in 2009 and has been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 10 years. In 2018, Megan graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Jefferson Community and Technical College with her Associates in Applied Science degree. She has been working in the outpatient setting since.
Megan is passionate about manual therapy and treating orthopedic conditions. She also takes a special interest in working with the geriatric population. She plans to further her education by getting her Orthopedic Specialty Certification through EIM and she is currently enrolled in AMTA/NCTMB Sports Massage Specialty Certification Program.
When Megan isn’t in the clinic she enjoys spending time with her Fiancé, daughter, and dogs. Megan also enjoys long romantic walks through Target, eating carbs, wine tasting, hiking, kayaking, and cheering on the Packers and Hoosiers.

Katie Crutchfield PT, DPT

Katie Crutchfield PT, DPT
Katie Crutchfield earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Prior to that, Katie obtained her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from University of Kentucky.
Katie is most interested in treating ankle/foot pain.
In her free time, Katie enjoys exercising outside, cooking, baking, and playing beach volleyball.

Chris Gambert PT, DPT
Physical TherapistChris graduated from Bellarmine University with his bachelors in Exercise Science. While completing his undergraduate studies, he also played baseball at Bellarmine. He then went on to graduate from Bellarmine’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2024.
Chris has an interest in treating all orthopedic conditions and applying manual therapy to his practice and patients of all ages. He is planning on continuing his education by completing an orthopedic residency through evidence in motion (EIM).
In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog Cooper, playing golf, staying active, and cheering on all Louisville athletics

Candace Thomas PT, DPT, MTC

Candace Thomas PT, DPT, MTC
Clinic DirectorCandace received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Wellness at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL, where she also was a collegiate athlete, playing for the women’s basketball team for 4-years. She then continued her education to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of Kentucky. She completed Evidence in Motion’s Advanced Manual Physical Therapy Certification in May of 2022 and is also a member of the Confluent Health DEI Council. Candace enjoys treating all age groups and orthopedic conditions!
In her spare time, Candace enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, involving traveling, going on walks, and discovering new restaurants. In her downtime, she enjoys reading a good book and spending time with friends and family.

Eric McElroy PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Senior Regional DirectorEric is the Senior Regional Director at the ProRehab Physical Therapy.
Eric earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialist. Eric is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a member of American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association.
Eric’s practice focuses on the development and implementation of functional rehabilitation programs, return to sport rehabilitation programs, and performance enhancement programs for athletes of all ages and backgrounds. He takes special interests in the evaluation and rehabilitation of golfers and is certified through multiple organizations including the Titleist Performance Institute. He also has experience working with athletes in youth organizations, pro and amateur triathletes, MMA, NCAA, MLB, and the NFL. Eric is a ProRehab Physical Therapy partner and Director of Performance Enhancement
In his spare time, Eric enjoys being outside with wife and 2 kids. His hobbies include hiking, golf, fishing, and skiing.

Physical Therapist AssistantIan graduated from Jefferson Community and Technical College with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Licensed by the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy, Ian enjoys treating low back pain, cervical issues, and post-operative knee conditions. With a passion for advancing his expertise, he plans to pursue both an Orthopedic Specialist Certification and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification in the upcoming year.
Outside of work, Ian embraces an active lifestyle through weightlifting and running. He cherishes spending time with friends and family and finds inspiration in reading theological books.
