Melissa Tolbert PT, DPT, OCS, ATC

Melissa Tolbert PT, DPT, OCS, ATC
Melissa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of Evansville. In 2016, she became an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist. In 2017, Melissa obtained her Therapeutic Pain Specialist to assist in treating those with chronic pain and attained her certification in LSVT Big for treatment of those with Parkinson’s Disease.
Melissa has continued her education through several other certifications. She is trained in vestibular rehabilitation, as well as Level I and Level II in Dry Needling. She has training in the SFMA, FMS, and Y balance and uses it in her practice for return to sport testing. Melissa has had the opportunity to provide several guest lectures at Western Kentucky University in the Exercise Science and Physical Therapy Programs.
Outside of the clinic, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and son, volunteering at church with the Children’s Ministry Program, and running. She has a goal of running one half marathon in every state and has already completed 10!
