Louisville, KY – April 20, 2026 – ProRehab Physical Therapy is proud to announce the rebranding of its Executive Park clinic, formerly Commonwealth Physical Therapy, located at 225 Executive Park in Louisville, Kentucky.
While the name has changed, patients can expect the same trusted therapists, same leadership, and the same commitment to high-quality care—now supported by ProRehab’s expanded resources and clinical expertise.
The Executive Park clinic will continue to operate as a comprehensive chronic pain clinic, specializing in helping patients manage and overcome long-standing pain through individualized, evidence-based treatment. By combining hands-on care, movement-based therapy, and patient education, the team is focused on delivering meaningful, lasting results.
The clinic is led by Abby Lenhart, PT, DPT, who serves as Clinic Director and primary treating therapist. Lenhart and her team are dedicated to meeting patients where they are and guiding them back to the life they love.
In addition to its specialized focus on chronic pain, the clinic also provides care for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and balance and vestibular conditions.
