New Location Expands Access to Specialized Pelvic Physical Therapy Services for the Louisville Community
Louisville, KY – December 22, 2025 – ProRehab Physical Therapy is proud to announce the upcoming opening of its newest clinic, located within the Women First building at 3900 Kresge Way, Suite 30, Louisville, KY 40207. This partnership brings together two trusted healthcare providers to expand access to specialized physical therapy services for the Louisville community.
The new clinic will be led by Melissa McElroy, PT, DPT, WCS, who will serve as Clinic Director and primary treating physical therapist. Dr. McElroy earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University in 2007, focusing her career on pelvic health physical therapy. She became a Board-Certified Women’s Health Specialist in 2015 and brings extensive experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation, patient education, and pelvic health–focused care. In addition to her clinical work, she is a content specialist and instructor for Evidence in Motion’s Pelvic Health Certification Program and has presented her research at multi-level conferences across the country.
ProRehab Physical Therapy specializes in personalized, patient-centered care delivered through evidence-based treatment approaches. In collaboration with Women First, the Louisville clinic will focus on pelvic health rehabilitation, prenatal and postpartum care, and treatment for conditions that impact persons across all stages of life. This integrated approach allows patients to receive comprehensive, coordinated care in one trusted location.
