I have been in physical therapy here three different times for three separate issues. Each time I have completely recovered. I have always found the staff very supportive, helpful, encouraging and friendly. They have a genuine sense of caring for you and getting you back into great physical shape. They make sure that they understand where you are in your recovery journey and adjust accordingly. They take a personal interest in you and your well being.

Great people and they care about you getting better.

I am getting a second total hip replacement in the near future. Looking forward to getting it done because the first one was awesome! He is a very good surgeon! 😊

I have nothing but positive things to say about Adam and the experience I had rehabbing from my ACL surgery. Adam is a top notch doctor but comes across as an even better human being. He was very thorough and genuinely listened to my issues and helped me work through them. I highly recommend to anyone needing help, Adam is a fantastic physical therapist and I’m extremely grateful to him and his staff!

The staff is very friendly. Hunter is great at asking the right questions, being thorough and understanding your care needs for the right therapy plan.

I don’t usually leave very positive reviews unless impressed,I generally a pretty dark negative person.lol After unfortunately relocating to this hellhold called The Ville I had some bad experiences in general with Baptist Health in general.I tried getting therapy there for my left knee.Had a different therapist every time and they seemed bothered to have to work and lot of personal drama.Would cancel on me and not be able to reschedule for weeks out and was somewhat counterproductive.This place Mitch seems to care and is professional and everything seems to make far for sense.Everyone is so nice and the cool blond chick that checks and makes sure you are are scheduled for another appointment you in is so thoughtful,makes you feel like are in right place and puts a smile on your face.

Very kind and professional. Jon has a very calming and reassuring manner. I’ve appreciated the difference the assigned exercises and dry needling has made in my TMJ journey.

Isaiah is the best OT ever! Super cool guy! Got my wrist all fixed up and made physical therapy slightly less annoying to have to do with his great personality!

Yasmine is the best! Got me feeling great in no time. The exercises she helped me learn have built up my muscles where I needed and I feel so much more stable and strong! Super inclusive and everyone is so kind!!

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis around age 35, but for nearly 10 years I did really well on preventative medications with no flare-ups. Then, out of nowhere, I started having numbness in my legs that quickly progressed to paralysis. An MRI revealed a new MS lesion at T2, and I lost the ability to walk, with complete paralysis in my left leg and a dropped foot.
I spent a week in the hospital receiving treatment, including IV steroids. When I was discharged, I was told to start physical therapy. I was extremely weak and relied on a walker just to get around.
I chose ProRehab in my hometown because I needed help getting to appointments. After starting therapy three times a week, focusing on strength and mobility, my progress was incredible. Within a month, I was walking without any mobility aids, and within two weeks, I was back behind the wheel.

For the second time, Pro-Rehab Jeffersontown and Dalton O’Brien came through for me. My second TKR came with some complications, but under his direction and therapy with Dakota McKinney for many weeks, I have once again regained flexibility and mobility. The atmosphere at this location is friendly, courteous, and especially conducive to healing and better health. I will always seek therapy here whenever I need it.

Dr Saltzman is always very professional and knowledgeable plus he has “the magic touch” with my Synvisc shots every six months!

Erika and Lisa and Natalie are great therapists! Very positive and made me feel very comfortable ! Front desk staff Mary and Ashley always pleasant and helpful. Will kind of miss going there weekly!

Sept. '25 LEFT Knee replacement, NO doubt where I was going for rehab for my 2nd time, may sound cliché but the whole team there creates perfect environment for healing. No matter how busy, you always get personal attention and just the right amount of push to accomplish your goal. They also are great about working with your busy schedule, would give 10 stars if I could.

June '25 RIGHT Knee replacement was a pretty traumatic experience, waiting for weeks to get into PT was not helping, called ProRehab and got in the same day for an evaluation & turned out to be a great decision. Brandie Radde (Clinic Director) and her staff were very professional and thorough without being sterile. Tough road back but they provided great treatment and the right amount of pushing me forward. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable environment, individualized treatment, and flexibility in scheduling....top notch!

Dr Knoll and his staff are very professional and pleasant. I have great results with my knees under his care. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr Saltzman for 6 yrs and I would not trust anyone else with my surgical care. He is very straightforward and makes me feel like I have nothing to worry about ( thank u Dr Saltzman for my care)
