ProRehab on Charlestown Road is absolutely outstanding. The whole team is empathetic, empowering, attentive, and supportive. The atmosphere is so welcoming and genuine — they really make you feel like family or part of their team from day one.
Peyton, Kendra, Mallory, and Alyssa are all wonderful to work with, and Cassie and Emily up front always make things smooth and friendly. Everyone here finds the perfect balance between being kind and encouraging while still keeping you focused and doing what needs to be done. They push you just enough to make progress but never to the point of pain.
They make the whole experience enjoyable — it feels more like fun than work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ever.

Absolutely love prorehab. They have been helping me regain my strength and mobility. They are great at documenting for insurance purposes and really do care about you.

You go around for a long time in pain. Then you walk into a place your doctor sent you. Pro Rehab is the best place for healing and pain relief I have ever found, I have had a lot of pain over the years But!!! this is the best place to go to have pain taken away. The staff is friendly and supportive. MALLORY and ALYSSA are friendly and make you feel comfortable (as do the entire staff from front desk to all the smiles in the therapy). I truly think this is the BEST THERAPY CENTER I HAVE EVER BEEN A PATIENT IN!! So if you are having pain try Pro Rehab on Charlestown Road.

Best rehab in the area! I love my Therapist, Mallory. She’s very knowledgeable and professional and makes you feel at ease. The atmosphere is lively and fun. Everyone is so helpful, including the ladies at the front desk. I can see and feel a big improvement in the areas I need to improve in. I never dread coming to my appointments! I go to the Pro Rehab in New Albany off Charlestown Road.
