Edward Foring III PT, DPT, CSCS, OCS
Edward Foring III PT, DPT, CSCS, OCS
Ed is the Clinic Director of the ProRehab Physical Therapy Prospect location.
Originally growing up in New Jersey, Ed moved out to Kentucky in 2009 to pursue his physical therapy career, earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University in 2011. In 2010, Ed obtained his credentials as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which has assisted him with exercise prescription, as well as the progression of overall health and wellness for patients. In 2016, Ed obtained his Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) which roughly only seven percent of physical therapists nationwide obtain. He has a passion for teaching and serves as an adjunct professor at Bellarmine University and Hanover College in their physical therapy programs. He is also certified in Selective Functional Movement (SFMA) and Functional Movement Screen (FMS). He has extensive training in trigger point dry needling, achieving Level 1 and 2 from Evidence In Motion.
One of his passions is to treat patients who are suffering from Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD). He has received training from Dr. Michael Karegeannes PT, MHSC, LAT, MTC, CFC, CCTT, CMTPT.
His other passion is foot and ankle dysfunction, with the fabrication of custom orthotics. He has received training from Pat Wempe PT, DPT, SCS, OCS who has been making custom orthotics for over 30 years.
When Ed is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and their four children.
Sara Lauterwasser PT, DPT, TPS
Sara Lauterwasser PT, DPT, TPS
Sara earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from Bellarmine University. Prior to this, she received her Bachelor or Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville.
Sara takes special interest in working with chronic pain patients and plans to further her education by obtaining her Therapeutic Pain Specialist Certification (TPS) through Evidence In Motion.
In her spare time, Sara enjoys exercising, baking and spending time with her friends. Sara also loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Louisville Cardinals.
Jay Barnett PTA, CSCS

Jay Barnett PTA, CSCS
Physical Therapist AssistantBorn and raised in Louisville, Jay graduated from University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. In 2016, Jay earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Jefferson Community and Technical College.
Jay obtained obtained his credentials as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which has assisted exercise programming for different sports teams he has worked with as well patients in the clinic.
One of his passions is to treat golfers in the community for performance and rehabilitation. He has received a level 1 certification through Titleist Performance Institute.
Jay enjoys spending time with daughter, golfing and being outside.

Lindsey Ketcham PT, DPT
Assistant Clinic DirectorOriginally from Shelbyville, KY, Lindsey earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of the Cumberlands. She takes a special interest in manual therapy and is certified in Functional Dry Needling.
Lindsey enjoys working with orthopedic conditions of all types from pediatrics to geriatrics, taking pride in being able to help people achieve their goals.
In her spare time Lindsey enjoys playing sand volleyball and slow pitch softball, spending time with her dog Sadie, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
Chris Jahnke PT, DPT
Chris Jahnke PT, DPT
Chris Jahnke is returning to the ProRehab family after a three-year stint where he furthered his education at Bellarmine University and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, Chris worked as a technician primarily in Hillview and Middletown for nine years. He is originally an Indiana University graduate where he majored in Exercise Science/Kinesiology. After graduation, he was lucky to become an undrafted free agent picked up by the Minnesota Vikings. Following this, he played arena ball all over the country for various teams allowing him to travel to most of the States.
Chris is married to his wife, Kara, and they have a golden retriever named Stella. Chris is looking forward to reestablishing friendships made within ProRehab and look forward to what the future may offer.
