Kristin Mudd PT, DPT
Physical TherapistKristin received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville in 2017, followed by obtaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western Kentucky University in 2023. She was born and raised in Louisville, KY, and grew up playing basketball, softball, and running track. Kristin is a self-described sports fanatic and is willing to watch/go to any sporting event, especially if it’s for the Kentucky Wildcats. In her spare time, she also loves going to all concerts, traveling, trying new restaurants around town, and hanging out with her family and friends.

Clinic DirectorMike received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN, before going on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. He continued his education by enrolling in Evidence In Motion’s Sports Physical Therapy Residency program where he graduated as an APTA Sports Certified Specialist.
Mike enjoys working with all populations and age groups and helping them to return to the activities they are passionate about and to achieve their goals. He has special interests in sport orthopedic physical therapy, endurance sports and team event coverage.
Mike grew up in Valparaiso, IN, and competed in four years of Cross Country and Track & Field while a Saint Joseph’s College. He continues to maintain an active lifestyle and enjoys mountain biking, running, fishing, wood working, and many other outdoor and recreational activities.
