Adam Fatkin PT, DPT, SCS
Clinic DirectorDr. Adam Fatkin earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Bellarmine University. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Rockhurst University. While at Rockhurst, Adam was a co-captain of the men’s basketball team. Adam also completed a sports residency program through Evidence in Motion (EIM) and is now a Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS).
Adam enjoys helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through physical therapy. He has a passion for treating athletes of all ages, as well as general orthopedic issues. Above all else, he enjoys having fun and building lasting relationships with his patients.
In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, anything that involves being outside, and an occasional DIY woodworking project. Adam also enjoys playing basketball with friends and in leagues in the Kentuckiana area.

Physical Therapist AssistantKendra is from Leavenworth, Indiana where she grew up playing basketball and volleyball in high school. She received her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Ivy Tech Sellersburg in May 2022. While attending PTA school, she was a tech for ProRehab New Albany, and is excited to be back with ProRehab as therapist!
Outside of work, Kendra enjoys spending time with friends/family, going to the lake, working out, and reading.
Fun fact: I have been sky diving!

Physical TherapistDr. Corbin Hale earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Hanover College. Before that, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science Pre-PT from Bellarmine University.
Corbin enjoys improving a patient’s quality of life through hands-on techniques based on well-researched evidence to ensure the best care possible for all patient populations. He desires to complete various certifications in manual therapy and strength and conditioning to better improve his skill sets as he progresses in his career.
In his spare time, he enjoys staying active daily, participating in martial arts-based sports, reading, and spending time with his significant other.

Physical Therapist AssistantHaley Tye is from Charlestown, Indiana and grew up playing basketball and volleyball for New Washington Middle/High School. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Hanover College. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Union College where she also played basketball.
Haley enjoys getting to know her patients while helping them achieve their goals and get back to doing the things they enjoy most through physical therapy.
In her free time, Haley enjoys coaching middle school girls basketball at New Washington, spending quality time with her boyfriend, working out, and doing anything that involves being outdoors.
