Lisa is a 1994 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy and a 2010 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a transitional clinical Doctorate degree (tDPT).

Erika Damm PTA

Erika Damm PTA
Erika graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She also obtained her Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from the University of Evansville. Erika holds certifications in SFMA, FMS, and LSVT.
Erika has worked in various therapy settings but enjoys outpatient therapy the most. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and with various physical issues. Erika is recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as a credentialed clinical instructor. She is also recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association for Advanced Proficiency in Orthopaedics.
Erika is a native of Elkhart, Indiana. She came to the University of Evansville for her schooling and to participate as part of the Purple Aces softball team for four years. Erika is married and has two children, Ingrid and Lincoln. She enjoys hanging out with her family and being active in their various sporting, scouting, and school activities.

Clinic Manager of the Evansville North clinicNatalie attended IUPUI (Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis) for undergrad where she obtained a BS in Physical Education with a concentration in Pre-PT in Exercise Science in 2006. While there, she ran division 1 cross-country. Afterwards, Natalie attended the University of Evansville where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2009.
With a strong interest in movement-based treatments, she utilizes the SFMA, FMS, and Y balance tools. Natalie is a Certified Manual Therapist and is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling.
Natalie has two beautiful boys, Job and Gabe Hussmann. Originally from Terre Haute, IN, Natalie and her family currently reside on the Northwest side of Evansville with their dog, Rev. She enjoys running, shopping local, and going to community festivals. Natalie is an active member of Mt. Pleasant Church of God. On the weekends they are usually at the dirt track where her children race quarter midgets for the NASCAR Youth Series, playing basketball, or baseball. Natalie looks forward to meeting new people and takes interest in learning everyone’s story.

Lisa is a 1994 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy and a 2010 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a transitional clinical Doctorate degree (tDPT).
Lisa has been working in the area of pelvic floor rehab, treating women and men since 1998. She received her Board Certification in Biofeedback for Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction in 2011 from the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA). Lisa has served on faculty as Adjunct Professor at the University of Evansville since 2013. She also guest lectures at the University of Kentucky and University of Southern Indiana – speaking on topics including the pelvic floor, lumbopelvic stability and rehabilitative ultrasound imaging (RUSI). Lisa has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1991 and a Women’s Health Section member of the APTA.
Lisa is the busy mom of three teenage boys. In her free time she enjoys jogging with her yellow lab, Lady and photography.

Avery Herr PTA

Avery Herr PTA
Avery Herr earned her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree from Vincennes University. Prior to that, Avery obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University – Bloomington.
Avery is most interested in treating orthopedic conditions.
In her free time, Avery enjoys running, reading, and traveling.

Our clinic is across from North Park and provides physical therapy services. Interestingly, our location is in an old bank and while it is state of the art for physical therapy it still has the bank vault which is now a therapy room.
