Meet the Staff
Lauren was born and raised in Evansville and graduated from Mater Dei High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.
Lauren and her husband, Reid, live in Evansville, along with their daughter Reese and dog Rizzo. She enjoys exercising, going to concerts and watching Chicago Cubs baseball. She especially loves spending time with her family and friends. She is looking forward to many more great years with ProRehab!
Gib was born and raised in Evansville, IN. He attended Harrison High School, University of Evansville and their England campus Harlaxton, and completed his Masters degree from Indiana University. Gib has one daughter who graduated from Ball State University and works in Public Relations, Strategic Communication and Crisis Management. When not working Gib likes to run, bike and sail his catamaran.
Jessica Ellison earned her degrees in Marketing and Management from the University of Kentucky. She has 22 years of experience in sales and marketing, working in pharmaceutical sales before transitioning into physical therapy marketing and sales 12 years ago. She is thrilled to be the marketing director for ProRehab Physical Therapy.
Originally from Louisville, Jessica is married with 2 kids and 2 dogs, a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy, and a field hockey coach. She is passionate about spending time with her family, watching her kids play sports, traveling, and attending concerts.
Misty Dueker-Campos is our Marketing Rep at our Effingham and Newton locations in Illinois. She has 15 years of experience as a Provider Liaison and Marketing Rep. Misty has a passion for building solid relationships with our referring providers and patients in the community.
Misty says, “I’m proud to be part of the ProRehab family and excited to share how our exceptional therapy services can assist patients in our community! As a lifelong resident of this area, I’m also thrilled to be a part of an organization that also offers so much community support philanthropically.”
Misty lives in Effingham with her kids Ava and Dexter and four-legged children: dog Marley, cats Lolly and Pepper.
As a Partner at ChooseWell, Kim Mascaro collaborates with ProRehab Louisville and Confluent Health on population health, community engagement, and clinical integration strategies. Her experience in managed care network development and health services business development has been honed in a variety of settings including health plans, hospital systems, a utilization management company, independent practices associations, and large multi-site specialty practices.
Kim’s strengths include strong team-building skills, customer relationships, fresh thinking, and a keen sense of responsibility. Kim is also a founder of ChooseWell Communities, Inc., a Kentucky not-for-profit organization focused on improving the non-clinical factors in creating a healthy population: food, physical activity, and connectedness, sustained by a community which cares deeply and values each other.
Kim received her BS in mathematics and economics from Centre College and her Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Louisville.
Brooke was born and raised in the small town of Eminence, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky, where she was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Brooke transferred to Texas State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree. After graduating from TSU, she moved to Louisville, where she received her Master’s degree in the Science of Social Work.
Beginning her professional career in 2001 as Physician Liaison at Norton Healthcare, Brooke later joined the marketing and leadership teams at High Field & Open MRI. In 2010, she ventured out on her own as a consultant in medical practice marketing and management. Brooke is the newest addition to the ProRehab Physical Therapy marketing team and excels in her physician relationships and keen attention to detail.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and dedicates a great deal of her time to fostering dogs for the Kentucky Humane Society and Woodstock Animal Foundation.
Brittany attended the University of Southern Indiana earning a Bachelor and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. She continued her education at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions to earn a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD), with an elective track in administration and practice management. Brittany has a certification in LSVT and completed the Executive Program in Private Practice Management through Evidence In Motion. More recently, she has joined the marketing team.
Brittany resides in Evansville, Indiana, and enjoys traveling, being outdoors and volunteering with her husband and three children.
